The two suites were clean and spacious, especially room 207 was very spacious. The hotel is very funky and colourful. The breakfast was nice but didn’t get the whole full breakfast as items had ran out. We received complimentary drinks at the bar as it was my daughter’s 18th. The only negative thing I would say is the room bar items should be free for guests who are staying in the suites as the rooms are expensive. The only complimentary item was the bottled water.

The service and staff make this hotel a special place to stay. Right in the centre and nearby the railway station if travelling by train. Within easy walking of the main shops, restaurants and bars, would highly recommend.

Good comfortable hotel which is very convenient for Piccadilly station and the city centre. A few bits were looking a little tired but the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and I slept really well. One grumble - they have a mirror in the room with a bright white lit up button that you can’t turn off. So if lights annoy you at night it’s worth being aware of this.
