Room had a queen size bed in a separate area with sofa bed and single bed in the main area. Each area had a large TV, would of loved for these to be smart tv’s but didn’t affect us too much. "I must say the size of our suite was impressive. What was more impressive was the cleanliness of the room. Our super king size bed had a supremely comfortable mattress, the room came with a small kitchenette area which we didn't use and plenty of tea and coffee etc and the muffins were a bonus. The bathroom was large and spotless with a great walk-in shower. Towels were fluffy and soft. Sleep quality brilliant and we would recommend this property "

"When I went to check in the person behind the counter told me I did not have a reservation. This then began a series of events that caused significant stress. My phone was out of power as was my lap top. I took my lap top to a neighboring hotel where I was able to see I DID have a reservation. That person was not there when I returned but check in was fine. When I eventually saw the person in question he said I must have made the reservation that day with no apology"
