"Excellent stay , food simply amazing , value for money, staff absolutely brilliant. Only feedback would be to regularly descale kettle in rooms . Best accommodation in the area ."

"A delightful cottage in a beautiful location. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We were blessed with lovely weather but evenings were chilly so the log burner and plentiful supply of logs were much appreciated.It was lovely to sit in the sun in the garden and listen to the birds although it would have been better if at least some pathways were cut through the very long grass. The local Budgens supermarket at the garage was excellent as was the Crossways Inn , both just a short walk away."

"Booking and communication with Zoe was excellent. On arrival at The Barn, we were blown away by the attention to detail, each bedroom had robes, flip flops, towels for the pool as well as fluffy bath towels for our en-suite’s, plus chocolate! The standard of the barn was excellent with everything need in the kitchen. Shortly after arrival a member of staff popped in to see if we were ok. Sorry couldn’t remember her name! Grounds were perfect, spa amazing, garden furniture was used as we had glorious weather! If there were a few very minor points, a coffee machine would be lovely and outside light by the BBQ….,, other than that everything was perfect!!!"

"So disappointed, hotel looked and was good, staff lived in a different world! No evening meal offered, although we were having breakfast there was none available and no staff until my partner saw a cleaner who didn’t know we were even staying and then no offer to make breakfast. Want to be reimbursed for the cost of two breakfasts."

"It was clean and tidy, Beds were comfortable. The host was welcoming and accommodating to our needs. There was no information on how to work the central heating, it was nippy after getting out the amazing hot tub. We didn't want to light a real fire. The shower temperature in the ensuite was really hot and kept setting of the fire alarm, ( we couldn't adjust the temp) so we all just used the main bathroom. The bathroom door needs a lock & a cleaning spray would of been helpful for the table and surfaces after eating. Overall was a very pleasant stay and near the attraction we wanted to visit for Longleat."
