Absolutely amazing location with cafes at your doorstep and the beach across the road. Reception were friendly with a smooth check in and check out. Apartment had a couple of tired items, but with the location we didnt spend a lot of time at the apartment. Having the carpark number before you check in would be useful to avoid moving the car once checked in, but otherwise a great stay!

We consider our stay at the Pavillion the best breakaway we have had for ages. Parked the car on arrival at the premises and not to have to battle parking in town was a great benefit. Easy flat walking to town and to the new grocery outlet . Like the options of harbour or ocean beaches. Minutes walk around the mount and great weather. We could'nt go wrong. Our unit lacked a few basic things eg. Kitchen ware and plug for sink the works, but lovely and clean. Would recommend.

Fantastic location and is super close to the beach. The room was well-appointed and offered more than we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The resturant down stairs is excellent for breakfast/brunch. My wife and I really enjoyed our short stay. The hige balcony is a bit of a goldfish bowl in that location, but does have a very nice outlook.

Beautiful spot but whilst in the process of leaving actually loading the trolley with baggage at 10.15(10 am check out) the wife got a cranky phone call to say check out is 10am whilst apologising he hung up the phone, first time of travelling this as happened. It was also the Rugby World Cup final grumpy git!

Hello , we are here 24hrs a day if help is requested. we are not a large hotel with concierge service , just a smaller boutique apartment- self contained. we close the office after 9.30 pm and reopen at 7am, contactable by phone between these hours

Great location and good sized apartments. Ok unfortunately the back and side apartments have taller apartments looking in on you and the bed was only a double. Definitely needs a queen or king. Otherwise it was great

We wouldn’t stay anywhere else at The Mount
We chose this hotel because we’d heard such food things from friends, and it truly didn’t disappoint. The hotel itself is clean and modern and is in the perfect spot with proximity to the beach, the mountain, and the shops & restaurants. What really made the difference for us was the lovely staff who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
