Situated opposite Mount Maunganui's golden sands and renowned surf breaks, this modern 3 level sunny townhouse has 2 balconies offering great views of the beach. Take a quick stroll across the road for a swim or walk along the popular boardwalk. Enjoy the many boutiques, popular eateries and great beach vibes of downtown Mount Maunganui nearby.

The Space:
Three bedrooms comfortably sleeps 6. The ground floor features the entrance way, double garage, laundry and powder room with toilet and shower.
The flight of stairs leads you up to the first level which features the bedrooms and main bathroom with separate bath and shower.
The next flight of stairs leads you to the open plan living area, with modern kitchen, stylish design and a relaxing L shape couch.
Take your pick of one of two balconies to relax on as there is one on either side of the living area - the perfect spots for enjoying sunrise's and sunsets, a nice breeze and beautiful views of the ocean. Relax and enjoy all the creature comforts of home with modern appliances and comfortable furnishings. Simply pack your togs and enjoy an easy, no fuss holiday.
The garage provides carparking for two small cars with another single park available outside.

Great place by the beach

I wanted to book Quest or one of the high rise apartments near the cafes in Mt Maunganui but they weren't available. Then I found this place. The location is excellent, right across the road from the beach. Access is very convenient with keyless entry via pin codes. This means you can go to the beach without worrying about your wwlllet

Great Location, lovely place WiFi is a bit patchy and could probably do with adding AC as the bed rooms a hot at night
