Warm and welcoming, large rooms with a comfortable bed. Food was great too and the staff were awesome, will definitely come back!

Maybe because of wet weather, the building was musty and damp. Check-in was 3 pm and we arrived at 1:15 pm. No one was there, the telephone number provided for contact didn't work. After 3 pm we could meet a staff working there. It's really close to the mail road and every shopping places. Not sure if I will stay there again with my family, though.
I booked two rooms and both were not up to the mark. They had bugs, cockroaches, mosquitoes and crawling insects. The patio door in one of the rooms was broken and no fly screen to stop flies to come in. There were lizards at the entrance of the residential building. I checked in right after a major storm hit the area. There was power outage in the area with no cafes, restaurants open. So I had get the frozen food from the IGA. The hotel manager denied my request to use his oven to heat up the food. It was terrible experience in this property during such unprecedented situation.
They did a amazing job despitr having to endure a cyclone that cut power to the town. They had a generator already set up and didn't miss a beat. Thanks for the great food and accommodation!

Stayed here on a Thursday night when there was no staff to check in and the bar and restaurant were closed. Great location close to Gallery Walk but feel the place needs a revamp as the accomodation is looking tired - not great that the paint of the whole ceiling trim in the bathroom was peeling off. Like the historical aspect of the Manor and would enjoy staying here again after a refresh of the facilities.
A spacious property with a lot of character.
Breakfast was great and reasonably priced.

Convenient location. Welcoming hosts. Easy off street parking
Was a beautiful old Victorian property, beautifully furnished. Was good to have restaurant and bar on site. Pool area was very nice and inviting, but weather wasn't for swimming. Owners were very friendly, helpful and inviting.
Absolutely loved our stay here. This is an old property but it is immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed. Very spacious room with a separate sitting area with settee. Water pressure in shower was supersonic! Had roast beef in the restaurant and it was delicious. Would stay again without hesitation.
We have stayed at numerous hotels on every level, but I’d have to say this hotel was one of our favorites. It is charming, nostalgic and unique . From the simple check in to our delicious meals, we were impressed.
Lots of beautiful birds to observe in quite beautiful surroundings with shopping and an array of restaurants within walking distance. The owners are lovely and keep the hotel well oiled. This place is truly one of a kind!
A lovely, 'old charm' hotel. The expansive foyer and sweeping staircase decorated with old paintings and grandfather clock give the place an English Manor house feel. Rooms are spacious and the four-poster bed a lovely statement piece. It could do with a lick of paint, but is otherwise a wonderful place to stay!
The town is a short walk away and the brewery over the road does great food and a fabulous selection of beers.
If you are there for the walking, access to the trails is extremely easy.
Such a great place!

I didnt like that it had no toaster or microwave in the room. Dining hall near by was expensive. Beautiful property but to far away from Brisbane like 40minutes. To cold for pool. Unsure if sauna functioning. Owners were pleasant enough.
A lovely, peaceful place to stay. Convenient walk to shops, cafes and Sunday markets!

We had two rooms, one was quite dirty and in a state of disrepair. The other one was OK. Note that it is an older property, some of it has a hint of antique, some is just old. The people running the place will not strike you as friendly or flexible.
Beautiful big suites clean and the restaurant was amazing and very affordable this was my 4th stay and will be back soon

Great location, easy walk to restaurants Cafe and souvenir shops. Also a Market on the Sunday a 5min walk. Room was nice and had everything we needed but could have done with a deep clean. Beautiful area.
Clean room. Air conditioner works well. Hot shower with good pressure. Close to gallery walk.
Gas fireplace doesn't work.
Not very friendly at reception e.g. arrived 10mins early at 1.45pm instead of 2pm and made to feel like an inconvenience, manager stated "your a bit early" with a frown.
Only two of us in room but sleep separately. Paid extra $60 for 'extra bed' which was just a pair of sheets and pillow cases as the sofa bed was already there!
Many other accommodation options at Mount Tamborine mountain.
We won't return.
Lovely gardens, fantastic atmosphere with the Victoria stile furniture, pool and sauna were very enjoyable, also had a game of pickle ball that was a lot of fun. The staff are very friendly and helpful, family business. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon
