La persona encargada no contestó para darnos el código de acceso a la propiedad sino hasta pasada media hora de la hora establecida para el check-in. Argumentó que había habido una sobreventa, pero que iban a resolverlo. Nos mandó a otro lugar para compensar el error (Perdimos 1 hora en el proceso). En este nuevo lugar, la persona encargada nos dijo que el guardia de seguridad nos iba a dar la llave para acceder a la nueva propiedad, y al llegar, el guardia nos dijo que no sabía nada...

"The room was very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful at all times, parking is great and very safe, and the area is close to everything. Honestly it is a great place to stay and it’s pretty quiet and peaceful place. There are places to eat steps away for breakfast or lunch and the Alameda park is less than two blocks away, overall it was a very positive experience and I will surely be back. Thank you to everyone on the New York Hotel team for being so kind! 100/100 "
