A very good value for a solo traveler looking for a good place to stay in a very in-demand and comparatively expensive neighborhood. The real value is in its central location right off Calle Colima and the plethora of high quality restaurants and cafes it offers, let alone street food vendors. A 24-hour convenience store on the opposite corner also comes in handy for pre-dawn tour pickups to grab beverages and snacks. The issue of thin room walls and hearing every conversation going on outside your room is rather material and noticeable when other guests stumble in late at night or bicker loudly and that may be an issue for sensitive or light sleepers.

this was a great stay, has everything you need, and in a great location. the staff was helpful, and breakfast was simple and delicious. the only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was that the electricity turns off once you leave the room, which i understand, but I wasn't able to charge anything once I left the room, but everything else was great.

Loved the place! Location is great, place is so nice! Would go back again. I just found the beds extremely hard and front desk employees have good attitude but slow to resolve, possibly need to be trained?

The room was great, smaller than expected though. The staff was very friendly and assisted in English which i highly appreciated. My only gripe was the room i stayed in (216) there was a noise that can be heard 24/7 of a constant winding like a turbine fan winding on and off which made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep without turning on the air conditioning to drown out that noise. Other than this the stay was great, lovely room, nice hot shower

The room was clean, breakfast was great, my only complaint was that the windows are tinted, there is no natural light coming in. You can't look outside at all. Other than that it is in great location.

Great location! Very Safe. Excellent cafe, bakery, grocery, street vendors right out the front door. Water pressure was good, and beds comfy. We slept well all 3 nights! The front desk girls were helpful and friendly. The decor and room set up is kind of funky/modern, but overall we enjoyed our stay. I would stay again, given the price and location. But it is not luxurious by any stretch.
