"Travelled to Mexico City to celebrate my mom's birthday -both of our first time. This hotel was awesome! Chose this hotel cause it offered a buffet breakfast, did not DISAPPOINT. Raul and Irene, the weekend waiters, were beyond attentive, treated us like princesses. The cook was always more than willing to make us our special omelettes to order (which is such a nice amenity) the rooms were super clean and spacious, the location of the hotel was SUPER safe (and around the corner from Los Cucuyos) and everyone did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would recommend to anyone and will be visiting this same hotel again when we return to Mexico City"

"The rooms are cozy and clean. Make sure you don’t miss out on the delicious breakfast. Enjoy the included coffee and snacks on your way out to your daily tours. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Jose Luis who can be found at the entrance, always offering a friendly smile and warm greeting upon entering the hotel. He was incredibly helpful in getting a really quick transportation service to the airport when I was stuck waiting for my second uber attempt after the first cancelled due to unexpected street closures. Jose Luis stepped in and got us a taxi within 5 minutes ensuring we made it to our flight on time. Thank you Jose Luis and the staff at Hotel Zocalo Central. 100% recommended. "

"It was a smooth trip for me. It was my first trip to CDMX and the property offers a lot inside or very close by until you gain confidence enough to spread out. The room service is very fast and delicious. Learn to greet in Spanish because you will not be ignored. "
