We had to ask a few times for more towels as they were not automatically given after the room was cleaned. The room cleaning wasn’t very thorough but tidy enough. Overall a good stay. "

"great central location close to everything. However, the cleanliness wasn’t what I expected—the floors and furniture were dusty and the couch was gross. There was also barely any hot water, so showers had to be very quick. It’s on a busy road, so you can hear all of the street noise at night. The bed is rock hard. Overall, good location and views, but some improvements are definitely needed."

"Location - 5 stars Service and staff - 5 stars Hotel layout - 1 star The hotel layout is awful, it’s actually an office building converted into a “hotel”. The rooms have no windows, only a small panel next to the front door opens up. The 3rd floor rooms without AC are unbearably hot. There is no noise privacy between floor levels. If anyone is at the beautiful courtyard, you will hear every word they say so bring ear plugs. "

"We arrived at 5:00 PM to check in and were directed by reception to Room 302, only to be told by a cleaner that the room wasn’t ready and that we would need to wait. Check in begins at 3:00 PM. Eventually, reception assigned us a different room, but when we got there, the door was already open, which felt unusual and concerning. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable: The bed frame was broken at both ends, with pieces lying on the floor. There were puddles of water next to the bed, along with long hairs on the floor and even on the shower wall. The sink counter also had a noticeable hole in it. To make matters worse, the room was advertised on Expedia as having air conditioning, which was a key reason we booked it...but it did not work. No remote or function to turn it on. We had booked this room simply to store our luggage, rest, and take a shower before our flight. However, given the state of the room and bathroom, we didn’t feel comfortable doing any of those things. We ended up leaving early and spending our time elsewhere until our flight. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend"

"So perfect for solo travel. My room was clean and had everything I needed for one person. Air conditioning worked, front desk staff is amazing and there’s a coffee shop directly downstairs. Property also has espresso machines in the room and in the lobby. Loved how close it was to shopping and restaurants. Rooftop has 360 views of the city and also has grills and tables. There’s a really well equipped gym up there Not located by any nightclubs so it was quiet at night, something that was a big factor for me while looking for places to stay since I’m a really light sleeper. 100% would stay again."
