"The room was directly off the reception desk, 8’ away and the nighttime desk staff would listen to music all night long. Heard of headphones? The room was not located in an appropriate location for anymore than a couple hours rest at a time.
On top of that, what they don’t tell you anywhere in the booking is that the room is right on top of a piano bar that is right below the room and they go to 2:30!
