"I like the location as it is downtown and everything is very accessible. It is easy to get to the bus station and the train station from there.. There is 24 hour service and they attend to everything you need including finding taxis late into the night. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. "

"The hotel is in central location with free parking facilities. The rooms are spacious and clean, however rooms over 3 close locations. Wifi in rooms not as good as in lobby. "

"Only a short stay but the staff were excellent and the room comfortable enough for a 6 hour sleep - didn't really have much time to look around as I have a late arrival and an early train out the next morning but seemed clean, comfortable and right in the centre of town with about a 10 minute walk to the station."

"This is the best we stayed in while visiting Wales. The property is right on the waterfront and has the best view of Swansea. The hotel is very clean and modern and is surrounded with lots of restaurants, shops and pubs. Also, the food at this hotel was fabulous. Everything was cooked perfectly and especially their cockles. You absolutely have to try them. They are the best! The staff was very helpful and accommodating for all our needs. I forgot my European charger and they were gracious enough...

"Fantastic place to stay in Mumbles, near the beach walk and lots of pubs and restaurants. The internet was very good, and they provide a nice continental breakfast selection within the room. Be aware that there is no parking at the Boathouse, and parking on the street is a possibility, but you'll probably end up using one of the pay and go lots along Mumbles Road."
