"It is a beautiful cottage . Ideal location local village shop, and pubs in area . Have so many walks in area to do . We drove to many locations , snowden , dinorwic slate quarry . Waterfalls in area . Betws-y-coed. House is huge ! . Only one thing I would ask to change is to have a king size bed ,as having a hubby over 6ft 2 ! He took the bed up 😂. That's only one thing I would advise . It's warm and cosy . We loved it !! Including the welcome starter pack . Just what we needed when arrived ."

"This place is a gem! Truly a bit of paradise! The farm with horses, guinea pigs, peacocks and chickens was an added bonus! We visited over Easter break so the weather was quite chilly which enabled us to use the wood burner for added cosiness. The owners are friendly and helpful and have done an amazing job setting up a one of a kind getaway experience. "

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...
