"Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "

"The apartment was really great and very spacious ! The view is breathtaking, I really enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and soaking in the incredible views of the snowy mountains. If I had to be picky I’d probably just say something about the fact that if you’re going for a longer period of time, carrying your things from the car can be a little tricky due to the lack of accessible ramps or elevator. Despite that I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I would come back. "

"Staff was so helpful and courteous. Very welcoming and had us in our room within no time. The meal was superb. The abeef Cheeks was so tender and scrumptious. Our bed was so comfortable and very warm. Our only gripes and downfall if any was the room for diabled persons is quite a fair way from the lifts and it was so cold in the corridors and bedroom. It took a long time for the heat pump to warm the room. We left it on high all night and it wasn't as warm as we wouldve liked it. Thank you for our stay 🌻"
