"Clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect if you need to be close to train station (lots of luggage?). The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. "Beautiful property! Everyone here was very kind & helpful. Very clean and a lovely boutique feel. We booked this location knowing it was a bit out of town and are glad we did. "We had a great stay here! The staff were incredibly kind, rooms were clean as can be, location was within 20 mins walking to all sightseeing. The only downside of our stay was there was no shower in our room. It was simply a tub and a shower head that needed to be held by hand. This wasn’t the end of the world for us as it was only 2 nights and we made do just fine. I would definitely recommend for a short stay in Florence! "
