"This hotel is one of my favourite places to stay. The Hotel is ideally situated two minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station. The hotel is clean and the staff are good. My only downside - when I arrived the man on reception told me I had not paid for breakfast. As a result I only went down for breakfast on one day out of four. I went to pay my bill on checkout. I told the man I needed to pay for one breakfast and one bottle of spring water. The man told me I'd paid in advanced for breakfast each day. I was very disappointed at this as I'd only had one breakfast because I was told I hadn't paid in advance. I've stayed with C-Hotels on three occasions and this was the first time I had a bad experience. The other thing I would say is that I was served in the car by a young lady named Victoria. Victoria was courteous, helpful and very professional. She is a real credit to your company. I would visit again just to Buongiorno, mia bellissima amica. ❤️ Ti ho lasciato una bella recensione. Spero che ti piaccia quello che ho scritto! 😊 served by this excellent staff member. And the Cappuccinos were great and tasty."
