We had a safety issue with the rental car the evening we arrived. Upon check-out, staff allowed us to store our luggage for an extended period of time, offered us bottled water free of charge as we waited 3 hours for Autovia to send a tow truck. La Fortezza receives a 10 from us. I highly recommend this hotel."

Make sure the wine card you prepay for self serve you return for credit it’s $10 a glass and it’s about three sips. But beautiful place and great for quiet and privacy."
