The hotel was clean and conveniently located close to the airport, which made it very convenient for our travel plans. The only downside was that the bed was quite firm for my preference. However, if you prefer a harder mattress, you’ll likely find it very comfortable. Overall, a good option for a short stay near the airport.

This was a great place to stay in Florence just outside the downtown area with the train right in front and a short ride to all the tourist attractions in the center of town A shopping mall a block away and a nice park right on front I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Florence

The stay was totally accessible. The hotel was not ready when we attempted to check in eventhough it was well after the check in time. The hotel ataff appeared to be very confused with the reservation details. After traveling so many hours it was disssapointing.

Located near the tram made it easy to get to the tourist areas. Friendly staff, went over a map of the area when we checked in. Odd way to enter hotel from the parking lot, you go through the staff office area but wasn’t a problem.

Incredible location right in front of the tram station which takes you anywhere in Florence. There's a supermarket beside it as well which is very helpful if you need to buy anything. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The room was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend if you are staying in Florence for a few days.

Service at counter was quite nice. There was no porter to help with the luggage. Our price included breakfast and we had a very early flight, so we were offered breakfast boxes. It was very thoughtful of the hotel to do that.
