"No power in room for over 2 hours and doors to main area locked and even though i emailed continously, no one came to fix. Had a large event second day that we were not informed of so felt very trapped by the over 100 people who took over the place for many hours. Hot tub is a tub with jets but has no heater. You need car if you want to do anything as taxis impossible to get and everything is far. Restaurant was closed on day we arrived so we had to order in. We were not informed of when it was to reopen likely because of the large event that we were not informed of. We left in the middle of our stay( mothers day) as we were very upset. We called hotels.com first and even they couldnt get in contact with the hosts. "

"This house was perfect for 2 couples! The beds were super comfortable, and there were extra blankets/pillows. Bathrooms were roomy. The kitchen was super cute & the table opened up larger (which was great for playing games). The outside garden area was very spacious with little areas for sitting, and beautiful flowers and plants. The home was in a great location - easy walk to fabulous wineries (Le Fonti, Pelagio, restaurants, a wine bar, Gelateria, Dario's Butcher Shop, and market. Would highly recommend this Casa!"

With 270-degree vistas, you can see both sunrises and incredible sunsets each day. Our family of 15 spent two unforgettable weeks there, and evenings quickly became a ritual: sipping their Santo Stefano wines as the sun melted into the horizon.There was endless space for our six children (under the age of 9) to run, play and explore, indoors and out. And there are plenty of areas to sit or lounge around the pools while enjoying the views. The house itself invited us to slow down and savor every moment. Several nights, we prepared traditional Bistecca alla Fiorentina over an open fire—an experience we won’t forget—and gathered for long, memorable meals at tables set throughout the property.And then there’s Elena and her family—truly exceptional hosts. Warm, attentive and never intrusive, they were always there when needed (which was rare), ensuring everything went seamlessly.We left with full hearts, lasting memories, and one shared hope: to return as soon as possible. "Beautiful property in the beautiful Tuscan region, food was great as was the staff but I do think it important to note that there is no 24hr airport shuttle transportation as listed in the property details. Rather it is a private service that can be arranged through reception based on driver availability and for a pretty steep cost (approximately $200 is US dollars). Be sure to consider this when booking or rent a car!"
