"All the staff we encountered were excellent, being most helpful on arrival as we were a little before check in and the housekeeper, Anna did everything she could to help with luggage and car arrangements as there is No parking on-site. Parking is 30 euro per day. Carolina was fabulous with her recommendations for restaurants and letting us know that the streets were closed on our departure day and helping us coordinate a plan with luggage loading with the garage. "Difficult to know how to check in. Did not like that there was nobody at the facility to discuss problems. Shower door never repaired "

"Wonderful stay, the owners are so nice. Our first night we went out to dinner and just happened to say we would look for a grocery store that had ice. All the stores were closed but when we got back there was a note saying “l’ve put a bag of ice in the freezer “. So nice. Gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Easy walk into old Florence, would definitely stay again and will tell all of our friends. Even came out and waved goodbye to us when we left. 💙"

"Lovely hotel - quiet and peaceful, with a great pool. We walked to and From Florence city center each day - 30-35 minutes each way. Some of the staff were quite surly/ aggressive/ rude, but most we just lovely and really helpful. "
