"Very nice hostel, clean, huge, with all the necessity that you needed for any hostel. I will recommend this place for anyone who will book any hotel accommodation in Florence. Steven and the rest of the staff are awesome as well. Super helpful and friendly. It’s a bit walk from the tram but there are buses that are schedule outside the aparto. "

"The hotel restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was one of the front desk receptionists: curly, red-headed. He never made eye contact; nor did he ever smile. He does not belong in the hospitality business. I was a psychotherapist and I worked in the restaurant/hotel business for over 35 years. I know what I'm talking about. The rest of the staff were wonderful.

Recepcionista muito atenciosa e educada.
Muito longe de todos os pontos turísticos. Tem transporte público próximo, porém, passa por um trecho que não me fez sentir segurança. Tivemos que andar só de táxi (aprox 160,00 reais cada vez). Não voltaria apenas em razão da localização, que achei péssima. Gastamos mais com táxi/uber do que com a diária do hotel. "

Leafy green gardens to rest under and a beautiful pool to cool off in during the hot Italian summer.
