"This spot is perfect. I think this is my 4th or 5th time spending long weekends at this spot and I love it everytime. Basillic is a block away and the best Swiss restaurent outside of Zurich. I sleep better here than anywhere else in the world. The parking is a major bonus and always encourages me to walk. The roses were in bloom all over the Big and Little Islands. I look forward to my next visit!"

"Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."

"This is a great location for someone who does not need a lot of extras. The casa is as described, very simple, and is stocked with basic supplies. "Me and my family love this beach cottage! We had rented it back in 2018 and had a great time so we returned this year and will return again in the future. The cottage is right on the sand, 2 blocks down from the boardwalk, so you can easily walk or ride a bike to get to the pier or any of the many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were: 1. "We stayed with Tim for 4 days while we visited family and went to Disneyland. The unit is in a cull-de-sac, has two bedroom and two baths and a semi-private back patio with table/chairs/umbrella and was very quiet. It is about 15 min from Disneyland-approx $15 rideshare. Was a lovely place to stay and Tim was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
