"We spent two nights in this excellent two bedroom cottage 15 minutes walk from Chch CBD. The cottage is spacious with separate dining and lounge areas which were very warm and comfortablewith elegant decor. The bedrooms were also spacious and comfortable. "We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house in Christchurch! It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and well provisioned. The location worked well with a grocery store within walking distance and quick access to central Christchurch. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The cottage was cozy and comfortable. An easy location to walk to town and when the weather was nice we could sit out front with our happy hour wine and snacks and have a view of the town and harbor. The house was well appointed. "Cute cottage, easy access and parking. Lovely new kitchen and bathroom. Overall cottage needs some maintenance work e.g. one of the bedroom doors didn’t shut, the second bedroom is quite small for two beds. The grounds could do with a bit of work as well. "

"Beautiful property but Old and Needing Maintenance. Power went out in kitchen, couldn't find circuit board/fuses. Toilet in master bath quit working, plumber had to be called. Lamp on wall above bed inoperative and loose. Light above sink in master bath is out. Property needs attention before I would recommend. Shame, great location with potential."

"We were unaware it was only 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds... but worked just fine because the boys had sleeping bags on one bed. Dishwasher was not functioning safely with drawers unable to take weight so we chose to hand wash our dishes. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay."

"It was easy access to the accommodation which was spacious and clean. It was simple and we were comfortable. It is in a good location with a bus stop right outside. Frequent buses go to the city center and we could walk to the beach. I highly recommend this little gem."

"Parking is super secured, but a bit cramped. The neighborhood looks a bit down and somewhat creepy at late night; trading off with walking distance to the playground, shopping district and variety of bars/restaurants. 2BR equipment is a bit inconvenient: Pots & pans provided are too small for a family. No AC, only 1~2 heater(s) in the living room but not in the bedroom."

"Loved our stay in the hotel the bath was a real highlight! Really clean and it was quieter than I thought being directly next to such a busy junction. Anyway what we found a bit sad was that takeaway in the rooms are kind off not allowed, cause of the smell, that’s what we got from the info in the room, that was a bit sad as it was really rainy and we had our dinner in the car which was not really as we thought it would be and was not really romantic.
