It was a cute place. Outside was not very impressive but the room was big, beds were soft. Nothing too crazy but for what it was and needed it was good. Slept comfortable.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room is old, but well kept. The room has a small fridge and a microwave with some bonus amenities. The parking lot is spacious, but getting into it requires a relatively sharp turn. Overall, a good stay.

The pool was nice and the air-conditioning was wonderful, especially in this horrible humid weather we’re having! The staff was friendly and efficient. The hot tub was not available, but it didn’t matter cause it’s too hot for a hot tub right now anyways! Would definitely stay here again for a quick weekend getaway!

Staff was excellent! Check in was smooth. Room was clean, so we thought. Everything was great until our second night. We started seeing little critters come out from behind the blow dryer plug in the bathroom. Overall, 2 min drive to Medieval and Knotts Berry Farm was down the street as well. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean, and the property shows its age while remaining well maintained. The check-in desks and breakfast area have been newly renovated. My bed was comfortable, though the door left a gap at the floor and I heard footsteps throughout the night. The location is excellent near Knotts; I drove in using my season pass with parking, but the hotel is easily walkable if you prefer free parking. The staff were friendly and even offered a free early check-in. Breakfast felt limited, and I would have liked a protein option such as boiled eggs. They served standard bread, cereal, and waffles.

Yes, they have free and plenty of parking, they offer free breakfast, which we did not use and friendly staff. But the place is dirty, worn out rooms, we were on the second floor, and there was no elevator, the stairs were wobbly. The entire hotel needs an upkeep. And the quality of guest looks thuggish. It’s like a worn out motel 6. We won’t be coming back.

Air conditioner was broken, room was run down and dirty literally dust on lampshades separate room in junior suite was eerie felt like a crime scene happened there with a broken air conditioner blowing hot air. The only plus side was the staff was willing to give us a refund because they couldn't accommodate another room and there was no one to fix the ac until morning. I was very disappointed. Our family could not stay even though we drove 7 hours and were very tired we risked leaving to find another place to stay. But staff was kind. This was the junior suite
