"Moist and smelly rooms, lack of any ventilation even with window open all night and day. Humid feel. Very expensive due to location."

"Parking was easy to find and the property was clean. The sliding barn doors on the bathroom are annoying because they would slide open since you can’t lock them. That means there is no privacy. The shower faucet leaked more water than the shower head. "

"The elevators in building one only had one working. The push button to open the doors from inside the building to go out also didnt work. The staff were very friendly and informative, they offered wheelchair assistance with a partnering company that rents electric scooters for our disney trip and we saved some money there. The water park area for the kids is outstanding, the kids really enjoyed it! Did not use the laundry area or the heated pool. The cleaning staff are super friendly. Overall the hotel was booked for our disney trip and it worked well for our first time being there."

"This is my go to in Anaheim. Stay there minimum of 3 times a year. For my work and vacation needs it's central to where I need to go and the shuttle to Disney can't be beat"
