"Very good and clean hotel overall but had an issue with aircon and the night staff very casually said it can happen again at anytime which wasn’t a very pleasant attitude "

"This is literally my 2nd home. I love the fact that the rooms are not carpeted, which is great for my allergies. Showers in all rooms, which is also great if you are disaabled or have mobility issues."

"Room was basic, shower water pressure very low, lighting in room not great, Breakfast - staff were doing a great job but were rushed off there feet, very busy and could not cope with demand on some food items like croissants, fruit, hash browns, sausages etc.. Also guest seemed to taking food and not eating it - wasting, and some did not care about leaving the place tidy - absolutely clueless people "
