"The most important asset to this hotel is its staff. Every single one we met was friendly and more than helpful - especially the gentleman on the reception desk upon arrival and the gentleman manning the restaurant at breakfast. Spotlessly clean room with tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. Parking right outside the hotel and within walking distance to the theatre and the shops/restaurants. Stayed here after a day in Alton towers and would not hesitate to return."
