"Simply the best all around!"

"Subeen greeted us with a warm & friendly manner. She wished me a happy birthday & told us that she had upgraded our room to a higher floor. She did forget to tell us that you had to scan our room key card at the lift for it to go to our floor level but another helpful staff member was able to explain it to us. When we entered the room, there was a small berry platter with a piece of cake & a chocolate happy birthday sign & a bottle of shiraz waiting for me at the desk. That was such a lovely gesture. I thanked Subeen later for organising that for me. The room was spacious, desk was big enough for both of us, the bathrrom was huge. The housekeepers/cleaners we saw during our 4 day stay were friendly and welcoming. They did a wonderful job of servicing our room. The breakfast buffets were spread across 3 areas. There was an open kitchen area where the chefs & food staff would prepare food for you such as fried eggs & omlettes. There was a huge buffet of hot food such as various sausages, bacon, scrambled, boiled eggs, grilled tomatoes, baked beans. You went to an area next door that had fresh vegetables for you to juice,cooked vegetables, a long table of fruits, another with croissants, pastries & breads. Another area had juices & cereals. The beige attire that the greeting & waiting staff wore was more pleasing than black - May, Ken, Elliott were very welcoming. We did have dinner there one night - very expensive - Valentina was lovely. Sydney CBD is very quiet."

"When checking in I was told that instead of checking out at 11am I could check out at 1pm. I was very impressed by this but at 11:20am on the day of departure I was called asking why I hadn’t left. Clearly the hotel’s processes had failed. The lady begrudgingly let me stay to 1pm. Not a great experience but otherwise everything was great! "
