The hotel is located right in the middle of the Plaza de España area. It’s 20 meters walk from the metro, which is super convenient if you plan to go to Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu stadium. Check in was fast and with a welcome drink too. Very good breakfast, perfect housekeeping and helpful concierge staff. We really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel has a lovely ambience.

The staff were all exceedingly helpful, though Miguel deserves a special mention! The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot, but metros are also close by.

This is an excellent hotel in the best part of Madrid. Highly recommended. One knows what to expect in a 5 star hotel and the Wellington ticks all those boxes - fluffy towels, comfortable bed, excellent gym facilities and the like. The reason I keep coming back to the Wellington though is that it is emblematic of everything that is wonderful about Madrid. A spectacular (although short!) stay in one of my all time favourite hotels around the world! A warm welcome by helpful staff and I was blown away by the architectural splendour of the decor and aesthetic appeal of all areas of the hotel from gorgeous rooftop pool with its red striped sun loungers to the immaculately clean guest rooms and amazing lobby. I can’t wait to stay here when next in Barcelona!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ohla hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were modern, bed comfortable and it had all the facilities that you would expect of a hotel of this kind. My only gripe is that the toilet is hidden behind a door and while this gives privacy - there is no ventilation or air flow - so it's not great. However, besides that - the hotel was perfect for us. Great location in the centre and able to walk everywhere. We had a junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. We arrived very early and the gentleman at checkin was extremely helpful. We would recommend this hotel

What a stunning hotel! The staff were so friendly and the service impeccable. There are four pools and they were always quiet so we easily got sunbeds everyday. There is easy access to the beach as well and a separate beach club but you need to book this separately. The area itself was a bit far out so we were glad we had a car, there aren’t many things walking distance.

This property was very centrally located within the reach of everything this city had to offer. Staffs were friendly, polite, helpful and ready to solve problems. breakfast was excellent with live kitchen. I enjoyed my stay very much. Will come back.

This hotels location is amazing. It is in the heart of the city centre and is a short walk from shopping and plenty of food options. The pool was a lot of fun and the staff were super helpful and welcoming.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, clean rooms, friendly and very helpful Staff, the buffet breakfast was really good. Also walking distance to Atocha train station.

The location is central to train and bus and department store and boutique shopping. Surrounded by multi price point eating venues and markets. Easy access to football stadium. parks and museums and galleries. Staff are energetic, fun and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
