"Coronado is a beautiful place to visit and this hotel is family friendly with many children in the pools and common areas. Leaving the property to visit local beaches, shopping and dining is extremely inconvenient. After paying to park at the hotel, you are also charged to leave the hotel IF the gate system works. I witnessed many guests bottlenecked at the unstaffed gate and had to call customer service myself to request the gate to be opened when the QR code and text service did not work....

"This was a very nice place, felt comfortable, clean and great staff. Things that could have made this place perfect. The room was quite a trek we were put in the last room which felt like a mile hike from the lounge and front desk. I liked the privacy tho and the view out of the balcony. In the morning I would have like more than one caffeinated coffee pods, as we had mostly decaf coffee in room for the morning. We called reception and they delivered promptly. Also; one of the lamps didn’t have...
