no electric outlets hairdryer didn't work found black hair on bed I'm blonde dirty room. waited 2 hours to check in and had to argue about handicap room.

The residence was rundown, and a lot of things were broken and dirty. The bedding was stained and dirty. The walls and vents were filthy. There was duct tape on the window in sliding doors.
