"Property has only been surface cleaned - fridge was very dirty with left over food, smoke detector was broken, dishwasher wasn’t installed properly so it falls out of the wall whenever there are dishes in it. No bath mats, cutlery was bought at the dollar store - no hot water in the kitchen, host was quick to respond but never rectified any issues. If you are looking for true luxury - this place is not it. "

"The cottage is cozy but it is a bit more run down than the photos show. When we got there there was mouse droppings everywhere, over all the cutlery, stove, piles in the living room couch and carpet…way more than seemed possible if the places had been cleaned in the last 5 days (we cleaned it all when we arrived and didn’t see any new droppings over the next 2 days). "Cottage was cuper cute, clean, and spacious. It was so peaceful to sit out back and look out over the marina. We stayed for 1 night to see a concert at Kee to Bala, location was great to the Kee. The deck has no access off of it so you have to go outside and walk all the way around the cottage which is annoying, would be nice to have steps and a little gate even. There are no cooking utensils so if you're planning to cook, bring baking sheets and oven mits. Appiances all work great, everything...
