Asked front desk to be corrected they said they would refund me and I could go else where which is not helpful since I booked this months in advance. Health unit shut down the hot tub after we arrived and saw other guests in the hot tub. Maintenance employee seemed unbothered by the situation. Rooms were held together with painters tape. Don’t waste your money - stay else where."

"The bed was comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. Staff were friendly. The hotel itself is aging so everything looks a little worn. The price was good however. I did have an issue with the toilet as it didn’t flush properly or consistently. Apparently it has been reported to maintenance."

"Great location for restaurants and coffee shops, the morning breakfast was more than enough. Close access to the 400 which makes it easier for an out of towner not used to Barrie. I would stay again but ask for a room away from the parking lot."

"Room was clean but tired looking. Dripping water in bathroom. Just needs some upkeep. Ice machine was not working. Bed was really comfortable and the staff was great. Good quality for the price."
