"The room was very clean and staff were incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed. Location is ideal, close to all the stores, activities and restaurants in the village, no car needed whatsoever. Several nights we were able to pick up food at a nearby restaurant and bring it back to the hotel to eat as it was so close! Parking was included and met expectations. Our only complaints were minimal. First, the wifi which is included in your stay, had to be reconnected often, sometimes multiple times per day having to re enter the information (room number, last name, hotel name). Otherwise the wifi was decent. However, when signing in to wifi it offers an option of I believe $15 per night in order to be able to access YouTube and Netflix on your tv. Since the TV clearly had the capabilities, and we were paying a decent price for the room, it would have been appreciated to have this service included in the stay. This was off putting. The second concern was the jets in the hot tub were only half functional, we had to move around the hot tub to try and find a jet that worked, and was even harder to find 2 jets next to each other as we were there as a couple. Other than that, the only thing I would suggest would be to have breakfast included every morning with your stay. Overall, would absolutely recommend!"

"Overall great experience. The location is excellent - walkable distance to Wasaga Beach and beautiful view of the river. The home is a great size and accommodated our group well. All of the bedrooms are quite spacious. The pool table and Blackjack table were a big hit, lots to do in the evenings as we settled down. We were told only after booking that we would be responsible for taking our garbage with us which was not ideal given the size of our group. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!"
