Otago Coast paradise!
Glenn's place is paradise! The view, the house, the astronomy lesson in a spa overlooking the ocean, and on our last night we had a Southern Lights solar spectacular that we don't think we will ever see again. 360 degrees solar light show. Glenn is so helpful and we really had everything we need! This stay was beyond words really.

A Slice of Paradise
After a long year, we were getting away - and how fortunate to discover this idyll! The location is fantastic and the ever-changing view, stunning. The accommodation is very comfortable and you want for nothing. To be honest, you don't want to leave. Scott is an excellent host, and we are grateful that he has chosen to share this slice of paradise. We will most definitely return - next time for longer! This beautiful retreat is simply wonderful.

Stunningly Beautiful
WOW- what an incredible place to stay! So close to the city but you could have been a million miles away - absolutely the most beautiful location- the view is to die for, the property had everything you needed, the spa was an absolute bonus - Glen was there to welcome us when we arrived & very knowledgeable about the area, beach walks - amazing - track walks amazing - cafes -amazing- would love love love to come back in the summer and enjoy sitting on the deck in the evening with a nice wine, watching the world slip by!

Omg Glenn place is amazing.
From the moment we walked into the home, it was very warm and welcoming. The view is just so relaxing. Glenn was very easy to deal with, and very helpful. The spa pool was a nice way to start and finish the day. We will definitely be back.

A great place for couples to relax and enjoy the amazing views. The host is excellent to communicate with and very responsive to any requests. Close enough to Dunedin to enjoy but you feel like you are million miles away. Would gladly return.

We loved our time in Seacliff. Picturesque, peaceful recharge. Hot tub was delightful. We very much enjoyed visiting the penguins south of Dunedin at the Royal Albatross Centre on the Otago Peninsula.

We selected the house as our final base for exploring the South Island of New Zealand and it exceeded all our expectations. To wake up in the morning to those fantastic views and after a long day exploring the area. To sit and have a glass of wine and look out at the views was wonderful. Glenn greeted us warmly and was very very helpful giving us tips on where to go.

The Bach was great - we cooked our meals there and just relaxed watching the incredible views. The spa with that view helps you unwind and chill. Kids thought this place was incredible!!! Great host and very organised and welcoming. Will stay again

Whatever magic is, this place has it.
Wow! The only downside is that you will want to spend all your time sitting on the deck or in the hot tub staring out with a smile on your face. Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Glenn was a great unobtrusive host. We were lucky with the weather and for sure will be back

Loved this place
We had a fantastic two nights here. Would have been happy not to leave and just look at the view all day but glad we explored around Karitane - good walks, beaches, wildlife. Glenn was a great host - very informative, helpful and friendly. The house is perfect; everything you need and can’t beat the spa with the outstanding views! Cosy and warm inside with the fire. Highly recommend.

Great Bach with amazing views, very private property. Unwind and relax. The views are stunning, sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the silence and this amazing ocean view. Very well equipped Bach, nice and bright rooms, very cozy and clean. Definitely want to return at some point.

Absolutely amazing spot.
Glenn's property provided the perfect spot for a productive and relaxing escape. The views are amazing. Proper amazing. And the hot tub is fantastic...especially if you get a clear night; the stars are mesmerizing. The property was perfectly tidy, with comfortable beds and a large deck with lots of seating options. Private and quiet, and with everything you need. Glenn could not have been a better host. It was a privilege to stay there and enjoy what he has created. If you think you need a break somewhere good for the soul, don't hesitate to stay here. I hope I have the chance to stay again some day.

A great spot
The location is just fantastic and the house has been designed to maximize the view. Do private and the spa on the deck was a great added bonus. The house was roomy and well appointed with everything you would need for a short getaway or a longer stay. We would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the local area and will be back again!

Wonderful. Hihgly recommend.
A wonderful stay in a very unique and beautiful place. Glenn and his partner have transformed this place with a labor of love and vision. While not present in person, Glenn was available to help with a few minor issues. Overall, I would highly recommend it. Close by train noise at night may be an issue for some light sleeping folk though. Also, I would suggest a little more attention to the on site manual for instructions - particulary turning on the TV and the location of the recommended chlorine for the spa.

So cosy and clean. Host was very accomodating. Modern. Gorgeous views and toast warm spa. Has everything you need to cook with . Fire is extremely warm and so is heat pump. Loved seeing the train go by. 10/10 would defiantly stay again.
