"Nice location good for tram and buses to get around.Very close to all museums.Staff very pleasant and polite. Bedroom was in the basement which I hadnt realised so not the nicest view. Had a problem with the heating the first night it was exceptionally cold. Staff rectified it the following morning. Tv only worked on the last night due to server problems and had limited english channels. We weren't aware of a downstairs lounge area until leaving and that there were an array of eating places etc closeby in Leidseplein. More information from the hotel at check in would have been helpful but overall the hotel was value for money."

No refund to date Noisy from 0700 and also persistent noise throughout the night that kept me awake Pillows were bad Free water and black coffee and tea in lobby full of builders Good location and friendly but ineffective staff Should have been told about refurbishing as would have booked elsewhere. Seemed like a ruse "
