"Nice place in a slightly quieter part of Amsterdam, but still only a few minutes walk from where it all happens. Staff were super and the hotel bar was well run. We didn’t try breakfast or dining options as there are so many places close by. My only gripe was the slightly odd toilet/Shower cubicle arrangement in the room. Rather than being a separate room, they are literally just cubicles in your room and the sink is in the corner. Perhaps it’s a normal Dutch layout but it was a bit weird for...

"The minute I walked in I spotted the huge yellow cat meandering the floor. I panicked, I am deathly (epi shot) allergic to cats. Then we were led up the narrow stair case to our room and I nearly cried. Many weeks and seven hotels throughout Europe and this one was UGLY. Think motel 6 1970’s at 40x the cost. But.
