"Our favorite hotel on our travels so far! We loved the location and views from canal room. The lobby area with coffee, treats and cats made it feel so comfortable. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. The decor was beautiful!"

"I specifically wrote a note about refilling the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and getting a pillow and when I came back to the hotel room the note was turned around and all the stuff I asked remained the same. I called the reception to get the refills so they gave me some during at night which is inconvenient. Also I checked the toilet trash can its not emptied and this is completely unacceptable. I paid this much amount for this room and I got this kind of service?"
