"From first entering, the bellmen and reception were welcoming & cheerful. The ladies working reception dressed in lovely modernized “traditional” colorful Andalusian dresses. "I loved the property itself- the staff were absolutely lovely, it was conveniently located and clean. There was air conditioning and the toilets were really good. The area around the property can get quite loud esp in a street facing room. There are some clubs and bars nearby so noisy people can be heard at night. "Seville was extremely crowded with April Fair when we visited. Rooms were very difficult to find, so we ended up here. It's a bit of an odd place. There is no personal reception, which we knew when booking, but it was a bit odd not seeing another person there while we stayed. "This was a beautiful hotel, situated in the highest building in Seville. You see it from everywhere. It is also linked to a shopping centre with food options. Loved the roof top bar , with 360 views of the city. It was a little trek from town so had to use taxis particularly at night. About 20-30 min walk. However it’s still central depending where you are going. "
