North America's tallest peak towers over six million acres of wilderness where grizzlies roam freely. Take the park shuttle to Eielson Visitor Centre for the best mountain views, or hike Savage River trails when rangers say wildlife sightings are highest.
This is a must, especially the Tundra tour. We learned so much on the tour as well as saw bears, moose, caribou, and a showing of Denali!!

Enjoyed the dog sled demo and Tundra Wilderness tour. Saw lots of caribou, two moose, but no bear, lynx, or wolves.

Park was amazing of what we could access. First week or two of May is not the best time to visit. To many things still closed down for the season and out of a lot of things

Bummed about the road closure/roadwork happening before what I remember being one of the most beautiful parts of the whole drive. Looking forward to the bridge being completed.

Everyone should visit Denali once in their life... just not all at once please.
"The DEnali Wilderness Princess is set in the heart of the beautiful Denali region. This hotel, and all it offers, is like a well-oiled machine. They take care of everything. The restaurants are quite good - including the ones they "co-share" with the Holland America "sister" hotel nextdoor. Loved it!"
"Cabins are beautifully done, spacious, clean and they each have their own small deck - with privacy. They serve an amazing breakfast (you pay for it, of course), but the ambience and the flowers all around the property are amazing."

"This cabin was exactly as advertised and we loved staying there. There were 4 adults that stayed comfortably. We had everything we needed from laundry to kitchen set up. Being on the airport runway was fun as well"
"We had a beautiful view of Denali National Park from our room. The room was exceptional, lots of space, and very up to date! The parking was not that good with minimal parking spaces on the main level of the lodge (it was mainly a drop off area for a bus or shuttle). There was overflow parking lots down the hill so people had to hike up the dirt road to get to the lodge."
"Was pleasantly surprised by the modern rooms and extremely clean as well.
Breakfast choices were limited and all were premade. Had a great restaurant and bar with music and Mountain View for dinner. Ate at Princess Hotel across the street several times for breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner.
Shuttle was very convenient to Denali Visitor Center and to the “downtown” area of gift shops and a few small restaurants.

"Excellent hotel! The views are nice and relaxing. The cabins, albeit small, are quiet. The breakfast, which is not included in the cantina, is a culinary adventure and highly recommended.
The biggest frustration we experienced is the ill-organized and often late shuttle service. Other than that, it is worth a visit. "
"The stay was great! Lisa has so many special touches she added to our stay, from her neat welcome gift to all the unique, personalized decorating touches throughout the apartment. It gave my daughters and I so much to explore and discuss during our stay. We loved our time spent here!"
