Fantastic hotel that was within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Massive king size bed with lovely bedding. Great sized room and we enjoyed upgrading to Red to allow us access to the private bar which was a great place for a quick drink before going out for dinner. All the staff engage as you pass and are lovely and welcoming. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice from cooked options, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, fruits and cereals- so something for everyone. Highly recommended.

The staff was excellent, from check in to room service, the concierge was especially helpful in recommending a pharmacy close by. The breakfast was exceptional good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Despite much time and effort by multiple staff, were never able to get the television working. The swimming pool is very small and only knee deep, closer to hot tub size. The selection of tapas and drinks available in the red level lounge was quite disappointing.
