The rooms are of good size and very clean. We stayed in a family suite which had a living room and two bedrooms and two bathrooms, quite big for a family of four. The view from the room and the rooftop are amazing. Location is good and close to the city, with ample parking and car rental in the basement. However the hotel's service can be improved. There was no complimentary ice and only one bottle of water upon check in which is not refilled. We stayed 3 nights and asked for more water but was told we need to order from room service. There is a well stocked mini bar. The TV remote control and safe were out of batteries and we had our valuables locked inside the safe and needed to call the technician to open it for us.

Beautiful property with great views overlooking the river. Good breakfast spread and easy access to shopping. Only downside (a very small one) was that you had to drive it take a taxi to almost everything you wanted to do for sightseeing or dining given its location, but otherwise a great property. Highly recommended.

Great easy parking in the garage. Not far from the old city 15-20 minutes walk. Nice modern area with a mall nearby. Great breakfast. Rooms are modern, clean, great climate control. Rooftop bar and upscale restaurant

Basic not 5*

I wouldn’t class this as a 5* hotel. It’s very basic and the amenities were not topped up daily. The spa is with a charge which isn’t what you’d expect from a 5* hotel and the steam room was out of use. Overall, not a great hotel and overrated.

Nice Hotel, Difficult location

Nice hotel, great views, location a bit difficult for morning cafe breakfasts and the like -- it's on the business side of town, not the quaint Seville that you came here for. The savings grace is that Seville has Uber which will take you anywhere and everywhere -- plan on $50 a day extra for the Ubers.

Great Hotel, with just one let-down

Another excellent stay. Friendly staff, comfortable room, great breakfast. Lovely Spa. The only thing lets this Hotel down is the Sky bar. This has the potential to be THE place to come to in Seville but, instead, feels like a bus station. Awful public toilet type timing, poor decor and zero ambience. This needs a complete rethink. Luxury carpeting, modernised paintwork and wall tiling and some nice piped music / live pianist etc.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It is excellent value for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is very modern and is located in the tallest building in Seville. The staff was very kind and offered free parking. The room was extremely large and had a fantastic view overlooking Seville. A memorable highlight was the free welcome drinks on the rooftop bar during sunset. The hotel also sits on a top of a large shopping center so it is one minute away from the supermarket. The only downside is that the hotel is far from the city center and the attractions. This was not a problem for us as we drove but may be an issue for those who plan to walk.
