The hotel is in a great location for walking around Saville. Hotel is clean, reception stall excellent. Room was clean, spacious and good AC. The rooftop bar is a disaster, great views, good seating but the staff are very badly trained and don’t know how to efficiently serve multiple tables. The bar management appeared to make things worse, no direction to the staff, made staff nervous and just constantly on his phone. Serious delays getting served at every table around us, no continuity of servers to any table causing total confusion.

The perfect stay

Our trip took us to Barcelona Granada Seville and Madrid. This hands down is the best hotel this trip. Perfect location, friendly staffs, fantastic bathroom, super comfortable bed, plus they go the extra mile to make your stay an experience you will forever remember! Close to everything, have a rooftoop with jaw dropping views, air-conditioning is an option despite it being winter season. Such a lovely hotel two thumbs way up‼️

I don't know why it has so many good reviewes. The lady at the front desk was never helpful, in summary the room has lights (apparently for security reasons) that won't turn off and won't allow for a good ninght sleep. The shower is superb.

Due to celebration of “Madruga”, in Easter. We have to walk 20 minutes to get a taxi at 6:00am. The hotel provided two bell boys who guided us and transported our suitcases. Extraordinary service!

Convenient location. Comfy rooms. They overdid the air freshener and I had to take allergy medicine the whole time I was there. Also had been looking forward to a drink at the rooftop bar and dip in the pool after a long day of travel but only found out after checkin that they rented the roof out for an event so it was closed to guests. No bueno.
