The staff was amazing. I traveled in February, consider winter in Spain and the room was hot, the AC was not activated. When i open the window i could not sleep well due to the noise, the gace a busy street and it was ongoing noise. Not a very pleasant experience.

The staff were amazing, from the front desk, bar staff, restaurants and cleaners, all brilliant. We had a problem.with our 1st room, and we were moved as soon as an alternative was found, a couple of hours or so. The room.was very spacious and clean. The location is fab for a first timer to Seville as lots of key sites and and bars and eateries all very close by. But maybe rather for 2/3 days, after a week we realised it was incredibly busy and noisy area. The only reason i did not give 5 stars was the noise - our room was above a busy restaurant and pastry shop and opposite the cathedral, whose bells time all night long and the sound proofing wasnt good. Would i stay again, yes i would, maybe for a couple of nights and i would ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

A great hotel in a fabulous location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Most of the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. A small criticism would be on the breakfast, which is quite moderate in terms of range and quality. But we would certainly stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay for several reasons. Close to everything, the staff is wonderful, friendly and professional. They give you all kinds of advice when you check in so you maximize your time here in Sevilla. The included breakfast is amazing, the view from the rooftop bar of the cathedral is fantastic and the onsite restaurants are just as good

You will love the location of this hotel. Nice pool with the view of the cathedral. Very friendly staff. Rooms are small which are expected in the old town, but everything was clean and comfortable.
