"We had a wonderful four-night stay at Hotel Fernando III during our recent trip that happened to coincide with Semana Santa 2026. It was our first trip to Serville. The location of this hotel could not have been better for our planned itinerary. The staff were warm, helpful and informative. The breakfast was a perfect combination of variety, flavors and quality. The room appeared recently renovated, with attention to details. The reason we give four instead of five stars to the quality of the property is soundproofing, which we believe can be improved. Each day about 11 PM to midnight it felt as if we had joined the lively conversations happening next door. "

The service and hospitality was really incredible in this hotel and we will definitely come back . The rooms also are so beautifully designed , cannot fault anything . "This is a beautiful, neat and welcoming hotel in a quiet neighbourhood of Seville. Real Betis FC ground is just next door, for football loving fans. There is a good size pool on site. The restaurant food and services are brilliant. I will definitely visit again and will recommend others to stay here. "

"Hotel staff are very good, reception, pool and communal areas are all spotless and well organised. Our room was a bit tired and will soon need updating / renovating but the beds were very comfortable and a good size. Breakfast buffet was excellent although was very busy after 9.30am - but it was Santa Semana and therefore a busy time. Food in the other hotel restaurants was also very good."
