Convenient location, easy check in, restaurant next door is great. But the room smelt bad, beds not made properly, bathroom was mouldy, sink leaked, no internet, no soap and the small shampoo and body gel was used / half empty, lighting was terrible especially in the bathroom.

Everything we needed!

Great view of the lake. Easy parking. Nice comfortable bed. Decent couch that was also comfortable. Good spa bath in bathroom. Shower was terrible, kept going ice cold, then burning hot every 10seconds. Not sure if neighbouring room using their water affects it or not but needs to be sorted. Great location.

The property is quite old but is well maintained and the rooms are very clean. The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient to the room. Would recommend this property for a relaxed stay.

I had to come to Taupo gir a familt funeral and needed to stsy over for 1 night. Twin Peaks provided evetything i required , room was spotlessly clean and comfortable , lovely staff in reception

Customer service was good but everything else was far from it. The room was disgusting! Mold on the walls in the shower, uncleaned benches and surfaces. Room smelt funny, shower definitely wasn’t cleaned with old soap and hairs over the mixer. Really didn’t feel comfortable enough to “ make my self at home “ here.
