On arrival to our room there were alot of wear and tear to the apartment and staining on the floors, mat and kitchen chairs. The area around the property can get quite loud esp in a street facing room. There are some clubs and bars nearby so noisy people can be heard at night. And the windows don’t really protect from the noise. But if you’re a deep sleeper it’s not too big an issue. "
