This was the first time I stayed the night. I had Previously visited the Spa and stayed for the rooftop pool and beach. 2 years later we came back and it was as beautiful and relaxing as I had Remembered. This seems like a hidden gem.

The hotel is situated at the tip of the San Jose del Cabo marina , with amazing views of the ocean , wetlands and the coming and going of the boats docked in the marina . The staff is amazing and very helpful . The food is fresh and tasty . Would definitely come back .

My wife and I had the most amazing experience from the vip suv pick up service at the airport to the stuff that greeted us when we arrive and check in. The hotel is stunning and offers exceptional service and amenities. The food was magnificent. We did not want to leave because we were treated like VIP from the time we arrived to the last day. We definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a private resort, spa with amazing service and atmosphere.

Great hotel with private beach access and rooftop pool, comfortable rooms and very clean and good condition. The staff was a little bit hopeless both in terms of service and also housekeeping. The house margaritas could do with some improvement :) (but Spicy Tuna down the road does an mazing marg!) Overall it was a good stay.

10/10 in every way. If you need something, look over your shoulder and you will likely find it. If not, you will find a friendly staff member who will happily to help. The eclectic art is fantastic, and there are so many thoughtful and luxurious touches throughout the property. The whole place is a next level vibe. Loved it!

Lovely hidden gem with exceptional location, service, food and amenities. All rooms face the ocean with birds, whales, and all sorts of sea life to look at. Quiet neighborhood with a couple of local restaurants and coffee houses. It you are looking for action it’s a quick Uber ride into Cabo San Lucas.

We had the most amazing time at this property. The staff was amazing, everything was as we imagined it to be and the location was so beautiful. We especially loved all the thoughtful details around the grounds. The beach was lovely as well.

Great boutique hotel, an artsy adult hotel with a unique cool art vive decor. The staff was extremely accomodating, always helpful & friendly. The infinity pool & hot tub were exquisite, as was the beach. The marina location is ideal for a relaxing getaway, far from the city crowds. The yellowtail fish @ the restaurant was excellent; however, meal portions are very small. $$$$$. We preferred dining @ the walkable local restaurants.

A slice of heaven
THE BEST HOTEL! My husband and I came here to celebrate our 17th anniversary. We spent 5 days here and loved every minute of it. The service here is TOP NOTCH and the hotel is very clean. You can walk easily to the pharmacy, coffee shop, record bar, and restaurants. Everyone was friendly and helpful-they made us feel right at home. Each night, the pastry chef Kayla, left us little goodies that were absolutely delicious! I asked about one of the cookies she gave us and the next day, I found a copy of the recipe in our room. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The amenities are terrific! We used the gym, rooftop pool and took a boat to the private beach several times. Do not skip the private beach, it’s a little slice of heaven! If you need restaurant recommendations or excursions booked, Braulino and his staff will take care of you. I would highly recommend Hotel El Ganzo to my friends and family who travel to Cabo. We had a great time and felt very safe.

We loved our stay at Hotel El Ganzo, the moment we arrived we were greeted with immaculate service from the friendly staff. Ronaldo provided fresh lemonade at check-in and carried our bags to our room for us while telling us about the grounds and hours on the way. The rooftop pool was the main reason for booking and it exceeded our expectations, endless lounging spots and attentive servers. We spent our mornings in the fitness centre and at the ground-level lap pool and it was much more quaint and peaceful. The beach club was wonderful too, the food and music was great, the ocean was calm and the daybeds were so comfortable. The hotel was unique, clean and had so much to offer. There isn’t much outside the grounds other than the marina loop which leads to the beach club on foot, it was a trek but it was lovely- had I known about it sooner we would have biked around it daily! I would suggest Uber as transportation as it was the cheapest and quickest option downtown rather than a taxi from the hotel. Other than not being in the best location, we have nothing bad to say about our experience and we would be delighted to stay again!

My friend and I came for a last minute girls trip to Mexico and El Ganzo was absolutely lovely. The rooms are filled with art and each night when room service turned down our beds and closed the shades left us tasty little artisanal chocolates in a jar. The beach club is conveniently across the harbor which takes 1 minute to get to by boat that is available during set hours. Their roof deck pool was lovely and we were delighted with the clear hot tub that provided a place to soak due to the lower temperatures making the pool too chilly for us. Additionally, we had a run in with someone who tried to dupe us with a timeshare and had gotten our room information. After that interaction went south, we had some safety concerns so the hotel allowed us to switch rooms and assisted us in that process. The staff were kind and helpful. We would definitely return here for a subsequent trip to Cabo. Definitely prefer San Jose over San Lucas.

Wow! Where do I even begin? From the moment you arrive you feel the vibe. Artsy! Peaceful goodness. The ENTIRE staff was absolutely amazing from the second you’re on site. Everyone was SO accommodating. The room was just the cutest thing. A beautiful tub, comfy bed and the shower! Oh my goodness that damn shower! Hot steamy goodness! My husband and I ate breakfast on site our entire stay. Abraham, Yegni, Gabriel and Jona were all so amazing and kind! We love them. We visited the private beach area that you access via boat. WOW! That was our favorite part of the entire stay. Margarita took care of us and she was just the best! Everything she recommended was DELICIOUS and she has the sweetest spirit. Needless to say I would ABSOLUTELY recommend El Ganzo for someone wanting to experience luxury with a low key vibe. We will definitely be back!

我非常不喜欢这里，这里和网上的图片不相符和，去之前不知道周边没有什么东西，我觉得这个酒店非常不好，我的体验感很差，而且房间很小，我们订的大床房，房间里除了床就没有其他的地方了，总体来说是体验感有点差的，我以为的海景房，只是有个小海湾而已，根本不是对着真正的海！！！然后我去到的第一晚我老公身体不适，我第一时间和服务人员说明了情况，他们一开始说表示理解我的情况，他们在答应我的情况下说等经理回来通过申请就可以退款，等我离开了以后，又不给我退款，出尔反尔，我非常痛恨这种行为，这让我损失了一大笔钱。如果不是在确定的情况下我是不会离开的，而且我也得到了他们肯定的答复，并且说明了所有情况，但是他们还是这样对我，我本来还想着推荐给我的朋友们他们下了订单，但是我现在建议他们取消，我觉得这家酒店不值得！！！！不推荐，不要来，年轻人最好不要住这个酒店！
