"I have stayed there twice in the last two months. The location is perfect. It is in walking distance to most of the major sites. Also the staff is very attentive. On my first visit there was construction in the adjacent building. When I brought it to their attention they very easily and quickly moved me to a new room with a great view."

"Loved staying here. The only problem was we didn’t plan well and stayed just one night. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Florence and for more than one night. Breakfast was fresh and with lots of options. Rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. "

"Staff 5* outstanding, very welcoming and helpful, 24/7 reception , ordered taxis which came within 2 mins on 3 occasions, location right in the middle of the city so great convenient for walking about , loads of restaurants within a stones throw , room was good size , no view unfortunately and medium sound proofing , city went quiet from around midnight so not a problem , bed was comfortable but no air con which meant we had to have windows open and therefore the mosquitoes came in and pretty much ate me alive whilst asleep, fridge in the room along with a safe, excellent towels for showering super thick and soft but the shower power was very poor , condition of hotel is worn , mostly clean and room cleaned daily however a closer inspection under bed found a lot of dust so probably not great for deep cleaning , good breakfast from what I was told , very handy bag store for last day free of charge and good seating in reception, soft drinks available 24/7 from the fridge in reception for a good price you’d find on high street, overall for the price range I wouldn’t let the age / property condition put you off if you are visiting out of sunny season, it was hot for April which we were not expecting so got caught with the no air con availability , we barely spent any time in the room except for sleeping so found it worth while staying there, would recommend "
