Loved my stay !! Perfect for solo travelling, walkable areas, food and shopping! Go further out for less touristy restaurants. Wish I had breakfast the first day, and wish they had a little more options for food but other than the stairs, this place was fantastic!

We loved the location and the staff was extremely friendly. The only drawback was the bed was extremely stiff. I normally like a stiff bed, but it was a bit extreme. The location couldn’t be beat. Very close to everything you would want to see in Florence.

Our suite was much larger than most European hotels I have stayed in. The location was perfect, in the piazza with great views out our windows and within easy walking distance of most of what we were there to see. And we could get a cab a few steps from our front door for further destinations. We would definitely return.

This property is located on the Piazza della Signoria - one of the world's great places to visit. Many restaurants within a 5 minute walk plus Uffizi Galleries, Ponte Vecchio, Cathedral of St. Mary of the Flowers - just a great location. The property is a small hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had a large, comfortable room on the 2nd floor with views of the Palazzo Vecchio and the Neptune fountain. Breakfast was included in the room tariff and was delivered to our room each morning. We could not fault this property for the price paid, the service provided and the location in a beautiful city.

Lovely hotel in prime location!

Excellent hotel in a prime location that is close to everything! The room and bathroom was clean. Checkin and Checkout process was quick. Location was excellent! Right across from the Palazzo Vecchio Museum! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping! Enjoyed our stay!

Location is prefect!

Location, Location, Location! This hotel is prefect for walking around Florence you are right on the square with many restaurants and shops. The hotel is very small and older but it is very clean and the staff are very nice. The rooms are very spacious and the only negative was the air conditioning not great. They bring your breakfast to your room at the time you pick the day before. There are stairs so if you have a problem please be warned. Bed is comfortable. Very good for a family.

This air b&b was wonderful and central in Florence. Claudia took care of our transportation to Tuscany although the Expedia communication is a little tough. Both sender and recipient need to go through email to get to messages. Claudia had not gotten my message despite sending. Please double verify with her she is getting messages. If you click on messages per the Expedia app it doesn’t upload. She took care of us once we got there;) Breakfast is additional 10 Euro per person and is sent up to room in am. Perfect. Full kitchen and beds were very comfortable. Note~ if you have elderly or people with disability that this air b&b has multiple floors and stairs. I would definitely stay here again. Quiet and close to everything! Ciao!!

Hotel was in a very nice area and on the same road with all the restaurants. It was also right around the corner from the Spanish Steps. Room was big enough for a family of 5! My son left his game station in the couch. I emailed the hotel and they found it! We are working on getting it shipped back home.

The best location in Florence! Right at Piazza La Signora everything near by, museums, shops and restaurants. Room was ready even though we got there earlier. Fantastic place to stay in Florence!
