Great all round experience . Excellent breakfast basket. Would stop here again.

On our travels through Italy, this was one of the nicest stays. We did not book a room overlooking the Duomo, but the secret terrace viewing deck is marvellous. The shared library with snacks and port with its eclectic art collection is warm and makes up for the absence of a true lobby. Lastly the in-room breakfast is luxurious. A great stay and highly recommended

The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive with our stay. Anything we needed, they were onto it right away. Everything is a 10-15 minute walk away that you need for shopping, eating and spots around Florence to see. I do not think the price will stay the same for very long.. But we will stay here again 1000% if we are ever back in Florence!

This apartment hotel is fantastic and definitely deserves a 5/5 rating. Everything was so easy and smooth from check in to check out. The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was incredible and the location is fantastic. We will definitely come back next time we are in Florence.

The rooms were amazing, large and comfortable. There was a roof Terrace and an amazing pool. The bed was comfortable. The staff some of the most helpful and friendliest I have ever met. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Great wines, hop on/off bus just across the road. Loved every minute of our stay here. In fact it was so good we even extended, something we rarely do. Highly recommend and we will very happily stay here again.

Excellent little place. We don't normally stay at B&B,s but I must say we were impressed. The building has had a wonderful renovation. It was extremely clean and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyable breakfast. Our room had a small balcony which was lovely. Bed was comfy although pillows weren’t what we normally like. Would I stay again? Yes, I wouldn’t hesitate. Highly recommend

Great location - close to everything. The only negative (would be the same for all places in the area though) was parking was a little bit of a walk (pain with luggage)

Comfortable. Check in very helpful with good English. Loaned us bikes to use while we were there and that was fantastic for getting around Florence. Close to transport for getting to train and bus. Would stay there again.

Excellent apartment, brand new, spacious and quiet!! Air condition was also perfect

Perfect location to explore Siena, right on the Campo. The apartment was warm and comfortable. As to be expected in such a central location, the noise & music from then restaurants on the piazza was loud till the early hours on Saturday night (so bring earplugs) but the other night was fine.

A beautiful place central to all areas to visit in Tuscany. Very tranquil beautiful garden surrounds and a great pool when you want to relax which made it just that bit more special from other accomodation options. Traditional stone buildings (don't expect great wifi or mobile signal) and furnishings adds to the charm with each apartment different to suit your needs.
